I was having deductions of salaryin my current company from past 1 year of QAR. 2400.00 until now and cannot meet up the expenses of my family and kids. so i tried searching jobs in local market and received an offer letter from them. I applied for change employer request through MOL. the next day i have received the notice period for change of employer. I have resigned to the current company same day. After serving 22 days my current employer has submitted some letter to MOL and requested to cancel my employer change request. i received message from MOL that employer change request cancelled. the same day the current company has cancelled my employment contract with them and received message from MOL to serve the notice period until 25 Jan 2025. current company they are not allowing me to change company and now i am about to finish the notice period.
I have done all the formalities of handing over documents and submit officially through email. I am too much stressed now and cannot meet my expenses here locally.
